Consultation and Planning
Breast reduction relieves physical discomfort caused by overly large breasts by removing excess tissue, fat, and skin. Desired size and contour will be discussed to achieve a lighter, more proportionate shape.
Procedure Details
Under general anesthesia, excess glandular tissue, fat, and skin are removed. The breasts are reshaped and lifted to a more youthful and comfortable position. Incisions are carefully placed for optimal healing and minimal scarring.
Recovery
Mild swelling and soreness typically last for a few weeks. A surgical bra is worn for support, and most patients return to daily activities within two weeks. Full activity is resumed after 4 to 6 weeks.
Results
Breast reduction provides immediate relief from back, neck, and shoulder discomfort while improving breast symmetry and overall body proportion.
