Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)

by admin

Consultation and Planning
An arm lift addresses sagging or excess skin and fat in the upper arms. Skin elasticity and overall arm contour will be assessed to determine the most effective surgical approach. Liposuction may be recommended in combination with the procedure to further refine the results.

Procedure Details
Performed under general anesthesia, an arm lift involves an incision along the inner arm, extending from the armpit to the elbow. Excess skin is removed, and the underlying tissue is reshaped and tightened. Liposuction is often used for additional contouring.

Recovery
A compression garment will be worn for several weeks to reduce swelling and support healing. Most patients resume daily activities within 1 to 2 weeks, though full recovery may take up to 6 weeks.

Results
Brachioplasty provides a firmer, more toned appearance to the arms, enhancing comfort and confidence—especially in sleeveless clothing. Results are long-lasting and become more defined as swelling resolves.
