Consultation and Planning
During the consultation, areas of concern, skin elasticity, and overall body composition will be evaluated to determine the most effective liposuction approach. The goal is to sculpt and refine body contours by selectively removing excess fat deposits. Depending on individual needs, liposuction may be performed alone or in combination with other procedures—such as abdominoplasty or a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)—to enhance overall body proportions.
Procedure Details
Liposuction is a minimally invasive procedure performed under local anesthesia, sedation, or general anesthesia, depending on the extent of fat removal. Small, discreet incisions are made, through which a thin cannula is inserted to break up and suction out unwanted fat. Common treatment areas include the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, back, and chin. For more comprehensive contouring, 360° liposuction may be recommended.
Recovery
A compression garment will be worn for several weeks to minimize swelling and support the newly contoured areas. Most patients return to work within a few days, though strenuous activities should be avoided for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Detailed post-operative guidelines will be provided to promote smooth healing and help maintain long-term results.
Results
Liposuction provides noticeable improvements in body contours, with final results becoming visible as swelling resolves over several months. Since fat cells are permanently removed, results are long-lasting when maintained with a healthy lifestyle.
